I made some focaccia with your Tuscan herb-infused oil tonight and it’s fabulous!! My kids and I couldn’t stop eating it. I am planning oil/vinegar gifts for friends in the near future. Best of luck!!

My first impression when spotting the newly opened Seasons Tap Room was, ‘What a nice, clean and classy looking place.  Could be a good addition to Main Street.’  Upon entering, the staff was friendly and welcoming and offered to show me the attractively bottled oils and vinegars.  Better yet, I was offered tastes of those that seemed appealing. I decided to try the Blueberry Infused Balsamic Vinegar and the Honey Ginger White Balsamic. Personally satisfied after back in DC, I went online to view a wider array.   I think the oils and vinegars will make great presents and an easy way for me to re-supply and try a greater variety. By the way, the recipes section on the web site is a great addition.

I had an opportunity to stop in to Seasons Taproom last May while taking a break from packing up my daughter from Lehigh University. I love good vinegar or oils and Seasons Taproom had so many I had a very difficult time choosing.  With their knowledgeable staff assisting me I managed to leave with a dozen bottles.  Some of my personal favorites are Cinnamon Pear, Peach and Honey Ginger Vinegars and Blood Orange Fused Oil.  I Have traveled to many places, Napa, Sedona, Aspen, stumbling upon oil & vinegar shops but non have impressed me as much as this little GEM in Bethlehem PA.
