Fig Spread by Seasons
This year's fig jam is bursting with the natural honey content from the andalusian figs used to make each jar. The sugar content is very low (12g of 225g). This helps balance out the flavor while the extremely subtle hint of lemon makes for a bright finish. Enjoy this with cheese and crackers, spread over a pork roast or use a dollop in your favorite vinaigrette.

Each fig bread (pan de high) is made with dry figs, marcona almonds, a touch of anise to keep this natural product moist.
