Antico Pastificio Morelli 1860, a five-generation family business in Tuscany, crafts exceptional pasta using time-honored techniques. The Morelli family oversees the company, ensuring that the pasta is made with the utmost care and attention to detail. Starting with the selection of only the finest durum wheat semolina, the pasta is created through a slow kneading process and then dried at a low temperature in compliance with the rigorous Italian food and health regulations (ISO22000 - IFS FOOD).

This artisanal pasta boasts a classic Sicilian shape and is crafted with the finest Italian durum wheat semolina, expertly processed using traditional methods, bronze-drawn, and carefully dried at low temperatures. Its unique shape is ideally suited for baked dishes, such as the traditional timbale, or to add to a hearty broth for a comforting and flavorful meal.
