Orecchiette is a pasta typical of Puglia, a region of Southern Italy. The word 'orecchiette' means 'little ears,' and the name comes from the shape. This unique organic handmade pasta is made from durum wheat semolina. The colorful pasta maintains its vibrant color when cooked.
