Hibiscus Agrodolce


Stirred into a cocktail or marinade, agrodolce is the perfect combination of sweet and sour. Its name comes from “agro” (sour) and “dolce” (sweet). This specialty condiment is made by reducing vinegar and pure cane syrup or agave. The resulting brew is further elevated by adding unique and flavorful herbs and spices.
