Organic Olive Leaf Pasta


This unique pasta is made from durum wheat semolina. The colorful pasta maintains its vibrant color when cooked. Hand-molded into a shape resembling an olive leaf, its beautiful green color comes from spinach.

Cooking time:  10-12 minutes.
Country of cultivation and grinding of wheat: Italy.

Culinary perks: 

This pasta is best served with our Basil Infused Olive Oil, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, or paired with a cream sauce to show off its beautiful colors. It makes the perfect picnic pasta salad!
