Delightful aroma makes any kind of fish more favorable and gives it a great texture. Also great on salads like Summer Farro Salad or Antipasto.

My favorite salad dressing

I no longer buy bottled salad dressing at the grocery store (filled with who knows what kind of preservatives, etc.) Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and Sicilian Lemon vinegar combine to make a delicious dressing. I combine these with Penzey’s Italian Dressing Base, but you could use your own favorite herbs and seasonings. It’s our family favorite.
