Floating Olive Branch

Our Story

The story of our company is also our family’s story. Tim Balshi and Soraya Aguilar first started importing olive oil to the United States in 1999, driving between Maine and Virginia in an old Chevrolet, backpacks brimming with bottles, ready to share their passion with anyone who would listen and taste. We are continually inspired by Soraya’s upbringing on an olive estate in Jaen, in Southern Spain, where centuries-old olive groves blanket the rolling hills and our award-winning Family Reserve extra virgin olive oil is still harvested and pressed on-site.

Tim & Soraya Founders

Seasons sources and imports the freshest, finest quality extra virgin olive oil and vinegar from around the world. Family owned and operated since 2009, we are committed to providing our customers with healthy, plant-based, all-natural, everyday luxury olive oils and vinegars that empower home cooks and elevate every type of cuisine.

Quality and freshness has always been our focus and mission, and we believe it all begins with the fruit: All of our harvests around the world are meticulously planned, and our milling processes conducted on state of the art equipment and monitored by top experts. Each product we sell is fully traceable, sustainably farmed, and third-party lab verified for quality, taste and safety.

Our headquarters are located in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley, and we have tap rooms in Bethlehem and Lancaster, Pennsylvania, as well as Annapolis, Maryland. As part of our commitment to sharing our passion and knowledge with our customers,  we conduct regular training, seminars and workshops for our retail staff, who are always at the ready with pairing recommendations, recipe ideas, tasting notes and information about health benefits.

Our team has decades of experience and deep connections throughout the oil and vinegar industry. By partnering with leading research institutions and artisanal producers in the Mediterranean and South America, we are able to continuously innovate while remaining true to the traditional agricultural practices that make our products authentic, healthy and notably higher quality.

In the past two years alone, we have won over a dozen olive oil quality medals at the L.A. County Fair and NY International olive oil competitions. Over the years, our products have been praised by Wine Spectator, the New York Times, Southern Living, the Chicago Tribune, and Olive Oil Times.
