Fulfills a chocolate craving!

I love chocolate and this chocolate infused balsamic vinegar didn't disappoint! I used it over pancakes today and it was delicious. I can't wait to try it with the suggestions of pork, ice cream, etc.

The taste is great. Goes nicely atop berries over ice cream or yogurt. I prefer a thicker substance is my only complaint. I have had some elsewhere and prefer it to the thin liquid product. Thanks for asking.

Another use for chocolate

I do like the taste of this vinegar. I tried it on strawberries but I am still looking for some wow ideas to make use of this vinegar. I look forward to the next cherry season.

It almost tastes like chocolate syrup, YUM!!! So delicious! I heard from Thomas DeLauer that this stuff has WAY more polyphenols than ACV. This was the reason for my purchase and I am beyond satisfied with my decision. I plan to keep my kitchen stocked with this at all times.
