Glad I bought two bottles of the '25!! It is an exceptional addition to savory pasta sauce with pitted, dry black olives, anchovies, onion, oregano, red pepper flakes (next time I'll substitute a measure of fermented Calabrian chili pepper paste), Greek sea salt, and brined capers. Simply fabulous sauce for Albacore tuna. An excellent oil addition to my kitchen! For the 'full effect' try a TBS!
