I love the bit of bite this oil has. I find I use it more often than plain Olive Oil.
This Balsamic Vineger (18 years old!) adds a rich distinctive flavor to my lunchtime salads. I can't eat salad without it (unless I'm a guest at a friend's house). This Vineger was fun to discover (from a gourmet food market) and then order (very easy). Thank you!
Fun ! Learned a lot. Class was well organized . Chef Charley was open for discussions on every topic from art of chopping , buying food, and of course cooking Lebanese cuisine.... We learned how to make Lebanese cuisine but the best part was we to to enjoy the food with Charley and new friends.
