Best Balsamic

Great on sandwiches & wraps. Good too with tomato, cucumber, onion salad. Holds up well with the addition of feta & kalamative olives to that salad.

Never fails your taste buds

The 18 year is my go to Balsamic most nights of the week. We eat dinner late, so a green salad with some protein is a beautiful way to end the day. I make it fresh each time, adjusting to the type of protein and salad ingredients on hand. Never fails to give us a glad heart of thankfulness.

Salad Dressing like no other

I have a dinner salad once a week and I use this vinegar along with some extra virgin olive oil as the dressing for the salad. It lets the flavor of the vegetables come through while providing a slight sweetness to enhance the feel and flavor on the tongue. Dressing bought in the store come no where close to this.
