I use the Lemon Olive Oil pretty much every day. Pared with Coconut Balsamic is all I need on a salad. I use it when cooking fish, especially salmon. Drizzle Lemon oil on vegetables!
The bacon or garlic is fabulous on meats....use the Bacon oil when cooking eggs! Oh, my!
I have a 26" long shelf packed 2.5 bottles deep (22 bottles) for my Season's Oils and Balsamic....Still, I come at least once a month for more.
Since finding Seasons my use of butter is down easily by 95%.
Love all the oils, vinegars, and seasonings i have purchased so far. Love the Gremolata. Highly recommended
The Elderflower gives a subtle sweetness that makes this vinegar different from others.
If you are like me and love your extra virgin olive oil nice and robust with that beautiful peppery taste, and that dark yellow and greenish color, not to mention the very high amount of cancer fighting, heart strengthening polyphenols, then you will love this extra virgin olive oil. I add it to a daily tomato salad with a little bit of red wine vinegar and some Italian seasoning, and I feel the health benefits of it every single day.
The sweetness of the balckberries and gentle spice of the ginger, make this a mealtime polymath. Fitting well with sweet or savory, this vinegar has a dark buttery richness, with sweet berry notes over the top, and a gently spiced, clean finish. Salads, veggies, power bowls, meats, grains, it fits almost anything. Use this as a marinade, a glaze, or as the base for a unique creation.
