A premium extra virgin olive oil infused with the warm, spicy aromas of harissa, a North African condiment that combines roasted red and green chili peppers, garlic, coriander, caraway, saffron, and spices. Excellent as a base for a lamb marinade or tossed into couscous. It also makes for a wonderful finishing oil for all sorts of soups and stews.


Culinary Perks:

Add some punch to your pasta, Harissa Olive Oil is wonderful with all'Amatriciana or Fra Diavolo (with seafood or sausage). Excellent as a marinade for whole roasted chicken over potatoes. Or, in more traditional use, with grilled lamb, couscous salads, or hummus.

This is another favorite that I often gift for my friends who don’t live in the valley to have a little bit of what Bethlehem has to offer. It’s a favorite and pairs great with the Moroccan seasoning.
