Forget the applesauce, this Fig vinegar is all you need!
This balsamic flavor is one of my favorites. Mostly for chicken. Marinade or garnish.

Just a touch on a vegetable salad with the roasted sesame oil is fantastic. You can take a rather bland vegetable salad, add a fine cheese and make it a masterpiece. So good!
I was so enamored of this deep & flavorful balsamic that I'd become attached to when a Season store popped up in my town years ago, that I went through withdrawal when the store closed & my supply ran out. I held off for a while thinking I'd find a good substitute until I finally turned to the internet to see if I could find my beloved. Huzzah! Indeed I have & we are united again. My salads & I thank you.
This vinegar has a nice, deep flavor that isn't harsh. It's slightly thick so it sticks to your salad components rather than just collecting at the bottom of the bowl.
