Tomato, Basil & Parmesan Cheese Pesto
An all-Italian variant of Genovese pesto with the addition of tomatoes.
Ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, D.O.P. Genovese Basil, Tomato Pulp, P.D.O. Grana Padano Cheese (milk, salt, rennet, egg lysozyme), pine nuts, salt.

I recently purchased the red pepper pesto to have on hand as a quick go to for a light summer dinner to put over pasta and chicken. It turned a simple meal into an elegant, delicious dish in just a few minutes. Quick, convenient and not too oily this light pesto is a delicious and refreshing change from traditional style pesto! I will definitely be purchasing this again!!
