Spicy Chi Chi Cocktail

Ingredients: 

½ cup Golden Thai Chili Fruit Vinegar

½ cup cream of coconut 

1 cup pineapple juice 

½ cup citrus-infused vodka 

Toasted coconut, maraschino cherries, pineapple wedges, and pineapple leaves, for garnish 

Directions:

Fill a large shaker with crushed ice. Add the Golden Thai Chili Fruit Vinegar, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and vodka. Vigorously shake until blended and divide between tall Collins-style or hurricane-style glasses. Garnish the cocktails with toasted coconut, cherries, and pineapple (wedges and leaves). Makes two cocktails.
