I received the Tuscan herb infused oil as a gift and enjoyed it so much I ordered more here (disappointed that it is not available in any of my local brick and mortar stores). My favorite use is rubbing it over roasts, chicken, and turkey that are going into the oven - adds wonderful flavor notes and keeps the meat nice and moist.

Great tasting oil

Every so often I like to have spaghetti without a heavy tomato sauce. After the pasta is done, I put a respectable amount of oil in the pot then add some grated cheese. Delicious!!
