We were treated to a tour and tasting at the store in Annapolis over the summer. We brought back this vinegar and we use it for salad dressing - nothing else is needed! I also use it for roasted and grilled veges and whenever I want to spice up something. What makes this even better is the excellent customer service, and fast shipping. We ordered more and are trying the fig vinegar.

The Calabrian olive oil is great. Not too hot, just enough heat. Perfect with everything from vegetables to fish.
I am a big dill fan and love this olive oil. It compliments salads, baked potatoes, potato salad, chicken dishes. The ways to use it is endless. I am enjoying experimenting with it.
