Example:
If you subscribe in January–March, you’ll receive the Winter Box first, followed by the Spring, Summer, and Fall Boxes.

No matter when you join, you will receive all four seasonal boxes in sequence.

Annual Plan FAQ

When is my card charged? 
Subscription renewal is charged once per year, aligned with the season you originally enrolled in (for example, a Summer Box purchased in July would renew the following June, our summer anchor date). Seasonal anchor dates are as follows: March 1 (Spring Box), June 1 (Summer Box), September 1 (Fall Box), December 1 (Winter Box).

How Do I Cancel? 

The yearly subscription is prepaid, and there are no refunds. Should you decide you do not want to continue with the Annual Plan, simply log in to your account or contact us to cancel. Please note: Canceling will stop any future annual charges, but any prepaid boxes will still be delivered according to your yearly plan.
