Exceptional!

The roasted garlic vinegar makes the most delicious salad dressing! I've bought 3 or 4 bottles now. It is a staple. Just add some EVOO, S+P, mustard and honey. Delicious. Buy on Repeat! I'm sure there is a ton of other uses as well.

Love the slightly sweet and garlicky flavor. So happy to find it in a white balsamic so it doesn’t add the dark color to bright greens on a salad. Great finishing drizzle on just about anything. Enjoy!!

Surprise!

I make my own mayonnaise. And for the heck of it tried garlic infused white balsamic in the recipe. A pleasant surprise. This really changed straight up mayo in to something special. I also make my own bleu cheese dressing which calls for mayo. And you can assume what mayo I used. This balsamic is a game changer. + my wife loves it straight up on salads--her current favorite.

Love the roasted garlic!

This is wonderful! Not overpowering, just a nice subtle flavor of garlic. I've give through 3 bottles in 2 months! I have a roasted carrot and garlic recipe that I use with this specific oil. I might be slightly obsessed. It's delicious!
