Perfect combo

I paired this with the oregano white balsamic and the garlic and herb seasoning mix from the Spice and Tea Exchange. It made a beautiful, summery vinaigrette that is perfect on a grilled chicken salad.

I substituted this in for the vegetable oil when making a boxed mix of brownies - turned out awesome! They were a huge hit with everyone.

I also used it in a from-scratch cake recipe that called for vegetable oil, along with some orange zest, to make a tasty lightly orange-flavored cake base.

I will probably try (and enjoy) it in vinaigrettes as well, but wanted to point out the lovely baking potential!

I use Blood Orange Olive oil with Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar on my salads frequently. It is very tasty.

My All Time Favorite!

I simply cannot do without it! I roast salmon, veggies, almost anything that I want to flavor with a touch of sweetness. I put just a little on ice cream, mixed fresh fruit.
