I use Blood Orange Olive oil with Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar on my salads frequently. It is very tasty.
I simply cannot do without it! I roast salmon, veggies, almost anything that I want to flavor with a touch of sweetness. I put just a little on ice cream, mixed fresh fruit.
I have used the orange for years and continue to love it in many dishes !
The flavor is amazing- but I can say that about every flavor of Seasons' oils and vinegars. I used this instead of orange juice in a chicken marinade recipe and was very pleased. I combined it with the Elderflower white balsamic as recommended in the store and the result was a nice delicate flavor that combined well with ginger and garlic.
This was amazing on chicken when mixed with the fig vinegar. So yummy, everyone loved it.
