It is my new favorite!!I made a sweet potato gnocchi with roasted butternut squash, spinach and goat cheese dish with it and it really adds a beautiful flavor. Am going to roast sweet potatoes at Thanksgiving and drizzle this on top! Yummy!!!

I love the Cinnamon Pear vinegar it has a light sweet taste goes really well with the Seasons Olive Oil and a dash of garlic. I must admit I have been a loyal customer of Seasons for years I visit and intermittently restock on oils and vinegars. I love all their products so yes awesome and you can play around with different fishes and meats as well as vegetables and try the vast variety of products to see which combo's work for you . I've used it a few times on salads with different fruit, nuts and cheese, all were great tasting!
I mix with a little water and olive oil and it makes my favorite salad dressing.
