Crafted from premium 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and spring water sourced from Monti Lattari, their pasta undergoes the traditional Gragnano process, extruded through bronze dies and slow-dried at low temperatures. The result is pasta of exceptional quality, boasting a superior flavor profile and a textured surface that harmonizes seamlessly with sauces. Each package contains 500 g/1.1 lb of pasta made with just two ingredients: durum wheat semolina and water.
