Chicken Soup's Best Friend

I've been making my own broth for a while now, and used to use regular grocery store rock salt in a grinder to salt my broth when I use it for soup. This last batch of broth I did was just missing something, and that regular salt I was using just wasn't covering it. I had this Rosemary Salt sitting on my counter staring at me and thought "Eh. Why not?!" And hooooooo boy! Did it hit that sweet spot! My chicken soup will never be boring with this stuff, that's for sure!
