Ingredients:
1/2 cup Seasons Wild Porcini Infused Olive OIl
2 tablespoons Seasons Teriyaki Balsamic Vinegar
5 oz. cooked ramen noodles
Featured Optional Toppings:
1/4 cup thin sliced bok choy
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/4 sliced green onion
1/4 cup sauteed mushrooms
1/2 cup cubed, seared tofu
1 jammy egg
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon chili crisp
Directions:
Prepare your toppings ahead of time so everything is ready to enjoy while the noodles are hot. In a small bowl, whisk together the Wild Porcini Olive Oil and Teriyaki Vinegar and set aside. Cook the noodles according to package directions. While still hot, toss the noodles with the oil and vinegar mixture and transfer to a serving bowl. Top with your favorite garnishes, mix everything together, and enjoy!
