Kimchi & Pineapple Salad

Ingredients: 

1 cup kimchi, chopped and drained 

1 cup pineapple, chopped 

1 cup green pear, chopped 

¼ cup fresh mint, chopped 

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped 

¼ cup fresh scallions, chopped 

2 tablespoons Pineapple White Balsamic Vinegar 

2 tablespoons Cilantro Garlic White Balsamic Vinegar 

2 teaspoons Roasted Sesame Oil 

½ teaspoon white sesame seeds 

½ teaspoon black sesame seeds 

Directions:

Place kimchi, pineapple, pear, mint, cilantro, and scallions in a large bowl. Drizzle the ingredients with Pineapple White Balsamic, Cilantro Garlic White Balsamic, and Roasted Sesame Oil. Toss to coat and combine the salad. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving. We love this salad with grilled shellfish, especially shrimp seasoned with our Pepe e Aglio Seasoning Blend.
