Smoked Fig Marinade

A very easy marinade (just 4 ingredients) that's perfect for ribs, chops, steaks and veggies! Smoky, sweet and savory~fun and delightful.

Ingredients:

1 Bottle (200 mL) Seasons Italian Fig Infused Dark Balsamic

1 Bottle (200 mL) Seasons Chipotle Infused Olive Oil

1 Tbs. Seasons Alderwood Smoked Premium Salt

1⁄4 cup Seasons Memphis Smoke Premium Spice

Directions:

Combine all in a bowl and whisk vigorously to incorporate. Brush on ribs, chops, wings, skirt steak, even veggies.
