Ingredients:
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
⅔ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon Fleur de Sel
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons Chocolate Infused Dark Balsamic
3 tablespoons Cayenne Infused Olive Oil
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Chocolate Glaze:
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 to 4 tablespoons whole milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F and lightly spritz two donut molds (12 molds each) with cooking spray. Place the molds on a baking sheet for stability.
Place flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Place milk, Chocolate Infused Balsamic, Cayenne Infused Olive Oil, eggs, and vanilla in a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry and whisk until smooth.
Pipe or spoon the batter into the prepared donut molds, filling ¾ full.
Place in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool completely on a wire rack.
Once the donuts have cooled, place the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl, whisk to combine the glaze. Add some additional milk if the glaze is too thick.
Dip the donuts into the glaze, coating the tops, and set aside on the wire rack. Once dipped, sprinkle the donuts with sprinkles and serve.
