Upgraded Sauerkraut Salad

Ingredients: 

1 ½ cups green cabbage sauerkraut, drained 

1 ½ cups red cabbage sauerkraut, drained 

½ cup carrots, thinly sliced 

½ cup red bell peppers, thinly sliced 

2 tablespoons Honey Ginger White Balsamic 

2 tablespoons Cranberry Pear White Balsamic 

1 tablespoon whole grain mustard 

3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped 

Directions:

Place the green cabbage sauerkraut, red cabbage sauerkraut, carrots, and red bell pepper in a large bowl. Drizzle and top the veggies with Honey Ginger White Balsamic, Cranberry Pear White Balsamic, grainy mustard, and fresh parsley. Toss to coat and combine. This salad pairs perfectly with grilled sausages or pork chops seasoned with our Garlic Bread Seasoning Blend. Serves 6.
