Definitely has a bacon smell but not a strong taste. Hope to make an omelette using it. Will let you know what I think.

WOW! Lemon Pepper Olive Oil done just right

Bright and bold, this flavor combination is perfectly mastered. I used this on my oven roasted potatoes and it is now one of my kitchen staple oils. I imagine this flavor is verstaile with a lot of foods.
