Our Bianco White Balsamic is made in Italy from the finest grapes, which must be combined with vinegar, fermented, and aged in wooden casks. Our White Balsamic is a sweet-tart, golden vinegar with floral aromas, complex flavor, and a balanced acidity softened by exposure to oak, resulting in a crisp, tart vinegar with a lingering hint of sweetness. Balanced and versatile, it pairs well with any EVOO or Infused Olive Oil. 

Culinary Perks: 

Try it with our Garlic Infused Olive Oil for a delicate marinade, or mix with our Basil Infused Olive Oil for a quick salad dressing.

What a peach!

This infusion is incredible on chicken, fish, veggies and berries. I also topped strawberries/angel food cake with it... notable surprise to our guests!

Simply Sublime

This has quickly become a pantry must have. It is tangy and light. As someone who is moving away from store bought dressings (but missing the convenience of having it done for me) this is a meal saver as I can dress a salad with this and olive oil. This the perfect pair are simply sublime.

Amazing flavor

This was highly suggested by the chef on site and he helped me pick out this to pair with a robust olive oil for pastas and salad dressings. Love the flavor and I never even thought to get it until I tried it
