This balsamic works incredibly well when reduced and used as a glaze for ham, chicken, salmon, and pork, but we also love it drizzled over French toast or swirled into baked beans.

My husband uses this vinegar mainly for his oatmeal bakes. It adds a bit of a punch of flavor plus blends beautifully with pretty much any fruit he chooses to use for each bake. I've also used it in pancake syrups I make like fresh blueberry syrup or peach. It just adds a nice little bit of punch to the flavor and the vinegar side is healthy.
