CONSERVAS PORTUGAL NORTE, LDA. is a family-owned business with a long-standing tradition in the production and trade of canned fish such as Sardines, Tuna, and Mackerel in various sauces and presentations since 1912. The factory is located in Matosinhos, Portugal, near the fishing port, ensuring a continuous supply of fresh fish.
With a passion for canned fish and the success of the company, António Faustino, the patriarch, invested in a new factory in the city of Figueira da Foz, located in the fishing port, to increase the production capacity of the group. This gave birth to BRIOSA CONSERVAS DE PESCADO, which works in partnership with CONSERVAS PORTUGAL NORTE to reach more markets and consumers daily.
Over the years, CONSERVAS PORTUGAL NORTE has successfully integrated new production technologies while maintaining the Portuguese tradition of quality in canned fish, ensuring the excellent taste of its products. The entire production process, from the careful selection of raw materials to efficient production control, is subject to a strict process based on analyzing and managing all critical points (HACCP).
The company owns various brands, including "PORTHOS," "INÊS," and "CONSERVEIRA," all of which are recognized globally for their quality. CONSERVAS PORTUGAL NORTE is committed to providing a healthy product that is natural, with no added preservatives and rich in Omega-3, of excellent quality and competitive prices while meeting the needs of its discerning clients worldwide.
