Makes 8-12 biscuits

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

4 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons Fleur de Sel

2 teaspoons Pepe e Aglio Seasoning

1/4 cup Tuscan Herb Infused Olive Oil

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup milk

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and seasoning in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Drizzle the dry mixture with olive oil and whisk, creating little crumbles. Add the yogurt and milk, using a rubber spatula to loosely stir the ingredients together, being careful not to over-mix (the dough will look shaggy). If the dough is dry, add a tablespoon or two of milk to moisten. Transfer the dough to a lightly flour-dusted work surface and form a large, 1-inch thick rectangle. Using a circular cookie cutter, portion the dough, and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet, spacing the biscuits about 1 inch apart. Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until fluffy and lightly golden. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
