Floating Olive Branch
Piña Colada Popsicles

Serves 6 

Ingredients: 

1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped 

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk 

1/4 cup granulated sugar 

2 tablespoons Coconut White Balsamic Vinegar 

2 tablespoons Pineapple White Balsamic Vinegar 

Fresh mint, for garnish

Instructions 

Place pineapple, coconut milk, sugar, coconut vinegar, and pineapple vinegar in the food processor bowl. Blend until smooth. Divide the popsicle mixture between molds, cover, and freeze until firm, 6 hours to overnight. Remove the popsicles from the molds right before serving.
