Floating Olive Branch
Cauliflower with Turmeric Agrodolce


1/2 Lb. cauliflower cut into florets
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 tablespoons Seasons Peranzana or Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pinch red chili flakes
1/2 tablespoon turmeric
2 tablespoons Seasons Turmeric Curry Agrodolce
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Dash of Seasons Garlic salt
Fresh Cilantro leaves for garnish


Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Place the cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl with the minced garlic.
Mix the olive oil, turmeric, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl and stir well.
Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
On a large baking sheet, evenly spread the cauliflower. Roast in the oven for about 25 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and starting to brown. Remove from the oven and drizzle Turmeric Curry Agrodolce.
Sprinkle with Seasons curry salt, chili flakes, and Garnish with cilantro leaves.
Serve warm.
