NEW HARVEST - May 2025

Single-Varietal • Early Harvest • Chile

Discover one of Chile’s most celebrated olive cultivars. This early-harvest Koroneiki EVOO is vibrant, intensely aromatic, and beautifully structured, showcasing the variety’s signature green character and exceptional balance.

The nose is fresh and expressive, opening with notes of freshly cut grass, green tomato leaf, artichoke, and unripe banana, accented by hints of wild herbs.

On the palate, Koroneiki delivers a lively intensity with bright fruitiness, pronounced bitterness, and a clean, peppery pungency. Flavors of green almond and arugula lead into a persistent finish with white pepper and subtle spice, creating an energizing and elegant tasting experience.

Naturally high in polyphenols, this EVOO is as powerful nutritionally as it is flavorful—ideal for those who appreciate a bold, fresh extra virgin olive oil oil.

Culinary Perks:
Drizzling over grilled vegetables, Greek salads, roasted potatoes, legumes, bruschetta, fresh cheeses, grilled fish, and finishing soups.

Excellent choice

I always go for the extra virgin olive oil with the higher polyphenols. This one is high and has a slightly banana-like taste. I would definitely get it again.
