Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
2 each heirloom tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 medium to large peaches, cut into wedges
4 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
1/4 cup Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Peach Infused White Balsamic
1 tablespoon honey
Pinch of Fleur de Sel and black pepper
Fresh oregano and basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
Place tomatoes, peaches, bacon, and blue cheese on a large platter. Drizzle with Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Peach Infused White Balsamic, and honey. Season the salad with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh herbs before serving. We recommend serving this salad with warm French bread or crostini for dipping and dunking.
