A SIMPLE BUT VERSATILE FLAVOR!

Santorini Oregano is a fantastic vinegar I use in many meals, especially Italian. Blended with Tuscan Herb olive oil it is wonderful on all kinds of salad greens. I also use them together as a quick marinade for beef or chicken...coating then waiting a relatively short time and leaving it on the meat for pan cooking.

Perfect combo

I mixed this vinegar with the blood orange olive oil at Chef Charley’s suggestion. For an Annapolitan triple threat I added a tablespoon or two of Garlic and Herb seasoning mix from The Spice and Tea Exchange for a fresh, summery vinaigrette that is wonderful with mixed greens and grilled chicken. Can’t wait to try the oil and vinegar with some watermelon and feta.❤️

This vinegar is a favorite of mine. It is very diverse and can be used on salad, veggies, and mild entrees like fish or chicken. Greek is good!
