Makes 1 cup
Ingredients:
1 avocado, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tablespoons Green Chili Aromatizado Olive Oil
1/4 cup vegetable broth
1 garlic clove, peeled
Garlic Infused Salt and cracked black pepper, taste
Instructions
Place avocado, sour cream, vinegar, olive oil, vegetable broth, and garlic in the bowl of a food processor, and blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper and transfer to a sealable container. Refrigerate your salad dressing for 30 minutes before serving.
