Floating Olive Branch

2 flounder fillets
2 Tbs. Seasons Milanese Gremolata Infused Olive Oil
1 sprig of thyme
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbs. Seasons Medium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup parsley leaves, chopped
Seasons Cyprus Flake Sea Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Lemon zest for garnish


Pat the flounder fillets dry with a paper towel. Season the fish with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Add medium extra virgin olive oil to a nonstick skillet pan over medium-high heat. When the skillet is hot, add the thyme, garlic, and flounder fillets—Cook for about two minutes. Turn the fish over and continue to cook for another two minutes.

Transfer to warmed serving plates and drizzle with Seasons Milanese Gremolata Infused Olive Oil. Garnish with lemon zest and chopped parsley.
