Peach Balsamic Spritzer

Cool, crisp, and naturally refreshing, this Peach White Balsamic Spritzer combines juicy ripe peaches with bright peach white balsamic vinegar for an easy summer mocktail that's bursting with fresh flavor. Ingredients:

1 cup soda water

2 tablespoons Peach White Balsamic Vinegar

1 ripe peach sliced

1 sprig of rosemary

1 spring of mint

Directions:

Add 1/2 of the sliced peach and vinegar to a mixing cup and muddle. Pour into a glass filled with ice, top with cold soda water. Garnish with remaining peaches, rosemary and mint. Feel free to combine with vodka or gin added as a cocktail alternative.
