Pomegranate & Mango Swirl Margarita

Makes 1 cocktail 




2oz reposado tequila, divided

1oz Pomegranate Anise Agrodolce 

3oz frozen pomegranate arils or frozen pomegranate juice 

1oz simple syrup or agave 

3oz frozen mango, diced 

1oz lime juice 


Garnish: sugar or salt rim and lime 



Place 1oz of tequila, agrodolce, frozen pomegranate, and simple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth and transfer to another container, keep chilled until ready to serve. Place frozen mango, lime juice, and the remaining 1oz of tequila in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour the frozen mixtures into a sugar or salt rimmed glass, alternating the flavors, and creating a swirl pattern. Garnish with lime before serving.
