Ingredients:
1 cup gin
½ cup Herbes de Provence Infused Olive Oil
⅔ cup cucumber, peeled and diced
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
¼ cup Lemon Stuffed Olive Juice
¼ cup dry vermouth
Dash of bitters
Thinly sliced cucumbers, lemon stuffed olives, and grapefruit wedges, for garnish
Directions:
Blend gin with our Herbes de Provence Infused Olive Oil until fully combined, then transfer to a sealed container and steep at room temperature for 24 hours. Chill in the freezer for 2 hours, remove the separated oil, and discard.
Muddle cucumber with sugar in a shaker. Add the infused gin, olive juice, vermouth, and bitters with ice. Shake well, strain into martini glasses, and garnish with cucumber slices, stuffed olives, and grapefruit wedges. Serves 4-6.
