Savory Pumpkin Polenta


5 cups vegetable or chicken broth 

1 box (9.2 oz) instant polenta 

1 can (15 oz) puree pumpkin 

1/2 cup (4 oz) cream cheese, softened 

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated 

2 tablespoons Savory Butter Infused Olive Oil 

2 tablespoons Porcini & Sage Infused Olive Oil 

1/2 teaspoon Turkish Seasoning Blend 

Fleur de Sel and black pepper, to taste 

Fresh sage leaves for garnish 



Fill a large pot with the broth and boil over high heat. Once boiling, remove the pot from the heat and slowly add the polenta while whisking. Once the polenta has been added, add the pumpkin, cream cheese, parmesan, Savory Butter EVOO, Porcini & Sage EVOO, and seasoning blend. Whisk to combine and continue whisking until tender and thick. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Before serving, garnish with fresh sage leaves.
