Floating Olive Branch
Taste of Provence Bread Dipper

Serves 6-8 


10 ounces (about 2 packages) black pepper spreadable cheese, like Boursin or Rondelé

1/3 cup Herbs de Provence Infused Olive Oil 

2 Tbs. Lavender Infused Rosé Balsamic 

Tbs. Honeybell Orange Infused White Balsamic 

1/4 cup chopped walnuts 

Tbs. orange zest 

1/2 Tbs. fresh rosemary, chopped 

1/2 Tbs. fresh thyme, chopped 

Pinch of Fleur de Sel 

Edible flowers for garnish (optional) 

Toasted baguette slices or crostini for dipping 


Place cheese in a large serving bowl and spread it in an even layer along the bottom. Drizzle the top of the cheese with olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle the surface of the bread dipper with walnuts, orange zest, rosemary, thyme, and salt. Garnish with edible flowers (optional) before serving. Serve with toasted baguette slices or crostini for dipping.
