Floating Olive Branch
Turkey & Vegetable Focaccia Sandwiches


1/2 cup cream cheese, softened 

1/2 cup jarred roasted red peppers, drained 

1 tablespoon Garlic Infused Olive Oil 

1 tablespoon Honey Ginger White Balsamic 

1 teaspoon Roasted Sesame Oil 

1 (13x9-inch) half-sheet focaccia, cut into quarters and split 

3/4 lb deli turkey, sliced 

1 1/2 cups baby spinach 

1/2 cup cucumbers, thinly sliced 

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced 



In the bowl of a food processor, combine the cream cheese, roasted red peppers, Garlic Infused Olive Oil, Honey Ginger White Balsamic, and Sesame Oil. Blend until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

Transfer the prepared spread into a sealable container and refrigerate it until you assemble the sandwiches.

To assemble the sandwiches, first split the focaccia into halves.

Spread an even layer of the creamy mixture onto one-half of the focaccia.

Layer slices of turkey onto the spread, creating a savory foundation.

Add fresh spinach leaves, crisp cucumber slices, and thin red onion rings on top of the turkey.

Complete the sandwich by placing the other half of the focaccia on top.

For stability, secure the sandwiches with toothpicks.

To serve, cut the sandwiches in half and enjoy immediately.
