Purchased first time at Bethlehem PA Christmas market. Loved it on beef/ pork/chicken. Of course salad as well. It went quick so I ordered through the website. Same great price. A Pantry Staple

BOURBON MAPLE INFUSED DARK BALSAMIC

I use the bourbon maple to caramelise red onions for my sourdough bread. Together with the onions and feta, the bread is infused for 12 plus hours, and when baked the results are spectacular. The flavouring of the bourbon and sweet maple compliments the salty feta and it's the perfect accompaniment to any charcuterie board.
