Can use for cooking or a little drizzle as a finisher. Smooth, mild taste but still flavorful.

Quite fresh with notes of grass. Went very well with water cress & other greens. I also paired with a fried tofu where I melted some fontina on top & plated it with the greens dressed in the EVOO.
